About this position

The Senior Physical Process LSP position involves coordinating and ensuring the quality of operations between HmjP and LSP, focusing on problem-solving, inventory management, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

•Problem solving coordinate between HmjP & LSP to get feedback with logically and on time.
•Coordinate with LSP for review annual inventory count, monthly cycle count, reconciliation and define action according standard.
•Ensure of LSP outbound operation are right time, right part, right quantity, right standard.
•Review, revise, create work instruction for new process at LSP & ensure LSP operations quality follow standard.
•Main support of FMEA line walk, LSP weekly LPC audit and auditee for system & customer audit.
•Attend daily meetings with LSP, share summary and/or other report to team.
•Coordinate to all related section/department to communicate and solve daily routine issue.
•IT works equipment monitoring, indirect supply to support operation at LSP monitoring and fulfillment stock.
•New project and/or other assignment from supervisor.

•Good command of English
•Experience in LSP management and cost analytics
