Quality Team Lead
About this position
The Quality Team Lead is responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, guiding problem identification, and ensuring compliance with cleanliness and quality standards in the production environment.
Responsibilities
• Lead the Quality setter and guide line, especially problem description including pre-analyze of suspected parts.
• Clearly define the problem description for the suspect quantity-/ period-/ Finding and Identify where the problem occurs by specific station, position, type,in case of defects and Pre- investigate the Quality Risk.
• Respond for Quality Lot released review with Quality Dept. and Production Dept.
• Issue & follow the Quality open point list to the responsible person.
• Co-ordinate with engineer team and production team to deliver output regarding Quality Lot Released meeting (OPL- Open Point List).
• Cleanliness tracking and results follow-up and point out for improvement.
• Distribute the quality alert/ Q-up point and train the associate.
• Support system CIP (Continuous Improvement Process), Customer complaints, claim part from customers and Raw material issues (if related)
• Ensure 5s and Cleanliness standards in the shop-floor.
Requirements
• Higher vocational education or Bachelor degree
• English Intermediate level (Can communicate with each other)
• 2 Year Experience at least in automotive industrial
