About this position
Responsibilities
• Relocation projects according to CD06202 for low impact category.
• Launch Management - Project Management Flow Projects from manufacturing responsibility (Application).
• Project management for existing/matured processes.
• Plan, conduct & control manufacturing-related projects to be on time, in scope, in quality (Product & Process specs., RB Standard, Customer's valid requirements, Legal, International standard). Improve critical path.
• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommend countermeasures in case of deviations.
• Controls project costs by managing expenditures (CapEx, tooling, reuse investments) and updating investment planning.
• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions and reporting to ENG/BU/BaP/LP/Bosch Sales or directly to the customer.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Project execution and documentation according to relevant Bosch standards. Cooperation, communication, and integration with manufacturing-related roles (MFO/MFE handover).
• Plan and realize improvement activities.
• Special project tasks in scope (operative importance).
• Machine approval request below 500k EUR.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Fluent English knowledge.
• Knowledge about automatic assembly lines (Mechanical & Pneumatic, Hydraulic).
• Knowledge about process control referring to IATF 16949 Standard.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Well organized.
