About this position

The Production Team Leader is responsible for managing and controlling manpower shifts in the production process to achieve production plans while ensuring adherence to company standards and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control manpower shift in production process to achieve the production plan with SQCD to follow company standard (attendance, absence, vacation plan).
• Monitor daily production performance based on the defined KPI (OEE, productivity, IDC, ..) and react to target deviation in collaboration with setter team and escalate to superior if necessary.
• Ensure production data record (hourly output, loss time) and booking to SAP system every shift, prepare shift production report & execute shift handover.
• Control 5S condition in shopfloor and patrol check the subordinate for PPE usage and find out the incident in working area for improving.
• Scrap in SAP, Input Data IDC, Input Data OEE, Input Data Opcon.
• Follow up the policy deployment and continuous improvement by attend and motivate all subordinate to join all activity.
• Confirmation 4M change, LPC level, prepare shopfloor Audit, and keep the latest production documents.
• Escalate problem of process (machine trouble / quality deviation) for supporting to solve problem regarding to escalation rule.
• Confirmation machine daily check sheet, Parameter check sheet, Sign judgement failure chart Map.
• Support and prepare shopfloor according to HmjP’s growth such as trial activities.
• Prepare the production daily report and production problem report.
• Perform RELOWISA to control inventory and assign KANBAN to the system and machines to keep minimize WIP and enough for support production plan.
• Control standard of equipment and tools use in production line.
• Improvement and cost saving in manufacturing.

Requirements

• High diploma or higher.
• Fair English knowledge, other language is an advantage.
• At least 3 years experience in People Management skill.
• Basic knowledge in injection molding process.
• Experience in plastic mold industry.
• Technical / Metrological knowledge.
• People management skill.
• Problem solving skill (Shyh, PSS).
• SAP shop floor key user & SAP analysis.
• KANBAN Levelling System.
• Good knowledge in Bosch production system.
• 4M Change management.
• Product liability & Safety.
