Manufacturing Engineer
About this position
The Manufacturing Engineer position at Robert Bosch Automotive Technologies involves leading production processes, ensuring quality and efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing operations in a smart factory environment.
Responsibilities
• Leading EV14 and Support EV6 (Wet Section Area) for series production, SOP, ramp up and follow up OEE, scrap reduction, C/T, Productivity, break down, machine improvement and monitoring production process to meet quality, cost and output.
• Chart monitoring & take action in case of deviation of control criteria.
• Review and revise for correction P-FMEA, Control plan with Eng. Staff, Error proofing development for specific area.
• Preparation of production documents and working standard.
• Support budget planning for production improvement activities.
• Cooperate with cross functional team BPS, Quality activities of MFE and HSE Safety Activities (e.g., FMEA line walk, 4M change management, SMC, PKM, Point-CIP, System-CIP, 5S and 14Q).
• Support 8D activity and Customer request by using PSS.
• MAE, Tooling, Parameters and document preparation for new model until SOP in HmjP.
• Participation and support of Engineering change request (ECR preparation and revision).
• Participate to lead plant and internal (IPN report).
• Support audit from internal and External ITAF16949, ISO 14001 and Safety Audit.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Automotive Engineering or related field with minimum 3 years experiences.
• Fluent English knowledge, other foreign languages is an advantage.
• Knowledge about Leakage test, Press-in process, Setting process.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office / AutoCAD.
• Focus on targets (SOP, IDC, OEE, CRI, Safe launch).
• Process improvement & preparation for future cond. (e.g. EV6).
• Structured approach, good time management.
• Moderation skills.
• Connection with other functions and other locations in production network.
• Good communication to management and MOE3 team.
