About this position

The Logistics Industry 4.0 & Digitization Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all Industry 4.0 related activities within the business area or plant, ensuring compliance with regulations, and actively contributing to the design and realization of the digitization strategy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all I4.0 related activities within Business Area (requirement management, rollout coordination, etc.) or plant (develops I4.0 roadmap for plant, rollout coordination, etc.)
• Ensures compliance with regulations and standards.
• Active contribution to design of digitization strategy (corporate / divisional level / plant level)
• Ensures realization of digitization strategy within area of responsibility (divisional / plant level).
• Implementation tracking of Industrial 4.0 solutions.
• Point of contact towards central dept. and plants (Business Area coordinator) or towards Business coordinator and plant organization (plant coordinator)
• Close cooperation with Business Area coordinator for domain manufacturing or within plant with key users of each functional area.
• Project management: Project organization and planning of required resources, scheduling and budget planning of supply chain projects across areas /plants.
• Change Management and moderation skills
• Knows the technical framework of “Factory of the Future” (e.g. Bosch Manufacturing & Logistics Platform, Scout.it.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• At least more than 6 years work experience in logistics and supply chain management field.
• Relevant knowledge and experience for IT / digitization project or coordination for logistics field.
• Fluent English communication skill is crucial.
• SAP, Good MS office skill + Power BI, Power Query skills are preferred.
• Deep understanding and knowledge for overall logistics processes and role in manufacturing plant.
• Relevant knowledge and experience for IT / digitization project or coordination for logistics field.
• Project management and leading experience preferred
