HSE Manager
About this position
The HSE Manager at Bosch Automotive (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is responsible for developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
Responsibilities
• Prepare plans, projects and measures related to health, safety and environmental, summarize and track progress in an annual plan.
• Ensure the establishment of a HSE policy in the company and policy deployment according to TOP management targets.
• Encourage any activities concerning health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Educate health, safety and environmental policy and procedure to all employees.
• Implement and control the risk management, identify gaps by self-assessments (e.g. annual EHS self-assessment).
• Check and control any kind of waste disposal including the waste disposal supplier performance & qualification.
• Control of annual health check and first aid service, review and analyze the result of annual health check-up and first aid service.
• Review and analyze the result of implementation of activities according to customer, Bosch global and Thai legal HSE requirements. (incl. reporting to government), summarize and report the deficiencies/progress to the superior (regular meetings: e.g. weekly 1:1, monthly HSE report).
• Organize and coordinate the HSE committee according to Thai legal requirements.
• Supervise the subordinates to achieve HSE goals and individual tasks.
• Support data to set up annual business plan for health safety and environment.
• Other health, safety and environmental related projects as assigned by superior.
• Coordinate HSE audits (e.g. ISO14001, OHSAS, Bosch internal), act as internal auditor.
• Foster international networking in the Bosch HSE community, work closely together with FCM community.
• Take the role as Environment Management Representative (EMR) and environment manager for RBTA/Y.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree Occupational Health and Safety.
• At least 8 years of work experience in Health, Safety and Environment.
