HR Recruiter (1 year contract)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Personal responsibility for implementation of the complete candidate application management.
• Direct search via job boards, job portal, social media platform etc.
• Independent planning and implementing of telephone, virtual interviews, and F2F interviews, make decisions, contract, and on boarding.
• Monitoring recruitment KPI to comply recruitment procedure and fit with hiring managers required as much as possible.
• Key contact person for hiring process management.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in HR roles, preferably in Manufacturing.
• At least years working experience in recruitment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Fluent in English.
