About this position

The Data Engineer position at Robert Bosch Automotive Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd. involves designing, testing, and maintaining data pipelines to support various data requirements and enhance data analysis capabilities within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Designing, testing, and maintaining data pipelines architecture using device bridge, MES, etc.
• Gather, clean, and maintain data from various internal and external sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and support data analyst.
• Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources such as PLC, sensors, and controllers, etc.
• Design & transform raw data into structured formats suitable for analysis, design MES data.
• Document data science processes, methodologies, and models to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Intermediate or Advanced in English
• 2+ years of experience in data pipeline development
• Proficiency in Python, C#, C++, SQL, or another programming language
• Knowledge in PLC control & communication devices
• Familiarity with SAP systems
• Knowledge in PLC programming and automation systems
• Knowledge in programming languages
• Knowledge in Database and Data Pipeline
• Collaboration, working with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills
