Customer Window/Customer Quality Staff
About this position
The position of Customer Window/Customer Quality Staff at Bosch involves managing customer and process quality control, ensuring effective communication with customers, and supporting various quality-related tasks within the automotive manufacturing sector.
Responsibilities
• Customer contact.
• Quality documents preparation and submission (PPAP, APQP, PSW, PCR/ECR, etc.)
• 8D coordinator with customer and internal follow up & investigate with team & update with other Bosch plants.(Customer complaint handling, IQIS system for manage customer complain)
• Support customer audit at company.
• To Participate on determination of products specific characteristics (Customer touch point)
• Support customer issued, internal issued, incoming issued with external warehouse.
• Support during trial event, inspection report, sample submission & co-check.
• Monthly report to customers (Inspection report)
• Investigate parts (0-km claim, Internal Failure, and other Failure parts).
• Lead containment action (such as sorting and coordinate local 3rd party for sorting activities).
• External cost report.
• Safe launch management.
• Cpk&Cmk support during new model phase event.
• Support and handle tasks as assigned by superior or supervisor.
Requirements
• Educational Background: B.A. Degree of Industrial Engineer or Relative field.
• Special Skills: Management and QMS is required.
• Language Proficiency Level: Intermediate in Speaking, Listening, and Reading.
• Worked experience more than 5 years in automotive management manufacturing or related fields.
• Computer skill for all MS-Office (Excel, Words, Power Point, and E-Mail, etc…).
• Quality Manage System (QMS) has been trained for basic of ISO/TS 16949,IATF16949 and ISO14001.
