About this position

The position of Customer Window/Customer Quality Management Senior Staff involves overseeing customer and process quality control, ensuring effective communication with customers, and managing quality documentation and audits. The role requires a strong background in automotive management and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer contact
• Quality documents preparation and submission (PPAP, APQP, PSW, PCR/ECR, etc.)
• 8D coordinator with customer and internal follow up & investigate with team & update with other Bosch plants. (Customer complaint handling, IQIS input)
• QMM ECR, Concession activity. > Coordinate internal & Customers.
• Support customer audit at company.
• Participate on determination of products specific characteristics (Customer touch point)
• Support during trial event, inspection report, sample submission & co-check.
• Monthly report to customers (Inspection report).
• Investigate parts (0-km claim, Internal Failure, and other Failure parts)
• Lead containment action (such as sorting and coordinate local 3rd party for sorting activities).
• External cost report.
• Safe launch management
• Support customer issued, internal issued, incoming issued with external warehouse.
• DCC in CC-PS
• Cpk&Cmk support during new model phase event.
• Measurement Corrective Action support during new model phase event.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor of Industrial Engineer or Relative fields
• Language Proficiency: Good Speaking, Good Listening, and Good Reading in English
• Special Skills: Management and QMS is required
• Work experience > 5 years in automotive management manufacturing or related fields.
• Core Tools in QMS also trained for APQP, FMEA & Control Plan, MSA, SPC, PPAP and CSR's.
• Quality Manage System (QMS) has been trained for basic of IATF16949 and ISO14000.
• Computer skill for all MS Office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint and etc.)
• Product audit, dock audit and measuring machine operation
