About this position

The Assembly Setter position at Robert Bosch Automotive Technologies involves working in a smart manufacturing plant focused on gasoline injection systems. The role includes monitoring processes, troubleshooting, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Work under company regulation and department work standard.
• Perform pre-analyze in term of technical and quality problem within own task area.
• Adjust process parameter within defined limits according to procedure.
• Monitor process performance and trend of SPC data and work together with superior for further problem investigation.
• Advise solution to operator for basic troubleshooting within defined standard.
• Escalate problem to superior regarding to escalation procedure for further problem analysis and finding sustainable solution.
• Perform machine setup and process startup in case of start shift, change over, repairing machine according to standard procedure.
• Take immediate action in case of technical problem solving according to defined procedure (reaction plan) if necessary.
• Perform process release inspection including process monitoring inspection and measured data record in SPC Program.
• Perform production record (Hourly tracking, M/C check sheet, 5S, Tool life, 4M and M/C parameter) every shift if necessary.
• Perform dummy and stability check (error proof check) of machine every shift if necessary.
• Participate and perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to MOE9, MFO and MFE request.
• Provide support to MFE/MFP if align with MFO supervisor.
• Keep and maintain shopfloor standards such as 5s, cleanliness, 4M.
• Take responsibility for POUP or operator if necessary.
• Train operators or other setters in standard work.
• Participate and introduce small improvement activity.
• Other job assigns by technical team leader.

Requirements

• High Vocational Certificate or above.
• Intermediate level in English (Can communicate with each other).
• Manufacturing Automation/Semi-automation process experience preferred.
