Senior Marketing Executive
About this position
Responsibilities
• Manage marketing campaigns and ad hoc jobs from beginning to end and be accountable for quality, accuracy and timelines.
• As the brand custodian maintain and uphold the corporate guidelines and the required standard of work.
• Collaborate with business heads, marketing teams, and a cross section of company employees to grow your own knowledge of the company and business divisions, critically evaluate and analyze job requests and adhere to strategy.
• Collaborate with the Group Marketing Manager on strategy, implementation and workflow.
• Organize the marketing department and maintain an efficient workflow, eliminate inaccuracies, prevent bottle necks and ensure a smooth flow.
• Present work, follow up and action feedback.
• Fact checking, grammar checking, copy proofing, editing, and formatting.
• Record keeping, filing and archiving.
• Maintain up to date status reports and follow up with action lists.
• Contribute to the annual marketing calendar with the Group Marketing Manager.
• Prepare bi-annual marketing reviews and a bi-monthly company newsletter and a quarterly automotive newsletter.
• Manage and update corporate collateral such as company presentations, websites, and automotive sales collateral.
• Work with photographers, external suppliers and the purchasing department.
• Maintain an up-to-date expenses sheet and participate in budget planning and forecasting with the Group Marketing Manager.
• Event management for 1-2 major events per year.
• Engage proactively with RMA business divisions, department heads, managers, operational staff and external suppliers and agencies.
Requirements
• At least 2-3 years’ work experience in a marketing, communications, advertising, or related corporate environment.
• Experience in dealing with suppliers (e.g. events companies, merchandizer and printers) and service providers (e.g. photographers, copywriters.
