About this position

RMA Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven person to join their Corporate HR team in Bangkok to support global initiatives around talent planning and management, covering the end-to-end HR talent lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes: Oversee the full cycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating onboarding, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and talent needs. Support the GM of Talent in the recruitment of senior leaders globally.
• Develop and deliver talent development programs: Design, implement, and evaluate training initiatives that foster employee growth, enhance leadership capabilities, and align with RMA’s global learning and development strategy.
• Propose initiatives to translate learning to real-world impact: Work with senior managers within RMA to identify opportunities to create impact through learnings. This could be in the areas of business transformation, process improvement, or initiatives around sustainability (amongst others).
• Enhance employee engagement initiatives: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute employee engagement programs that improve workplace satisfaction, culture, and retention across diverse teams.
• Leverage technology to advance HR practices: Identify and implement technologies (including AI) that enhance talent management, streamline workflows, and align global HR teams with cutting-edge industry best practices. Also serve as the global systems expert of our internal HRIS.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business and HR or a field requiring analysis. Engineering graduates are also encouraged to apply if they have the requisite interest or experience in HR or consultancy.
• 3+ years experience creating impact within a HR role, with a multinational organization.
