About this position

RMA Group is seeking an Automotive Parts Sales Executive to develop existing key customers and identify new potential customers, focusing on extending new product range and distribution networks within Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Develop existing key customers and identify new potential customers.
• Report directly to the Business Development Manager.
• Travel extensively across Southeast Asia and other potential markets.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to develop a distribution network for parts and accessories.
• Develop and maintain market information on various sectors and key contacts.
• Lead in identifying and developing new markets.
• Prepare and deliver pitches and project benefits to potential new clients.
• Propose a travel plan to capture new business or a new market.
• Ensure existing strategic sales processes are maintained to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Monitor and analyze sales activities and prepare regular reports for the business development manager, including market trends and competitive analysis.
• Drive strategic growth initiatives and provide analysis to support the development of new business.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, market research, competitive analysis, sales forecasting, and sales report generation.
• Strong knowledge of international business functions, including logistics, financial currency, and export regulation.
• Southeast Asia automotive market knowledge.
• Direct report to Business Development Manager based in Thailand.
• Communicate with team members and the Business Development Manager to ensure that all relevant information is forwarded to the appropriate personnel regularly and in a timely manner.
• Cross-functional collaboration within RMA SV and GFS.
• Ensure that all required documents are available and submitted to customers with competitive prices.
• Provide all technical information support and documentation to ensure customers fully understand quotations.
