About this position

Responsibilities

• Panel Cooling System (Coolers / Chillers) Installation, warranty support and post warranty services.
• Conducting Cooler health checks, maintenance and recommending lifecycle performance for efficiency and energy consumption improvements.
• Selecting right products / replacement parts, resolution of faults and closure of issues.
• Key Results: Improving customer satisfaction & generating new opportunities for service (spares, repairs, maintenance contracts) and replacement / upgrades.

Requirements

• Minimum education: Diploma in Mechanical.
• At least 5 years working experience in Cooling systems service, manufacturing or maintenance function.
• Working experience in Thailand is preferred.
• Fluent in Thai (no providing Thai working permit visa).
• Computer literate, proficient in MS Office.
• Good at reading and writing in English.
• Service mindset.
• Driving license is required and willing to travel occasionally.
