AVP Design Architect
About this position
Responsibilities
• Studied project feasibility, coordinated & directed on the design and construction of new development projects; inspected and reviewed project specifications in accordance with the sales & marketing team’s requirement.
• Directed for the new development projects, legal, time scheduling and quality control to meet with architectural design standard so as to make sure that it complies with policies and project’s concept.
• Facilitated & provided consulting both as a leader & a team member for the design & construction of each new projects, work effectively in a team to achieve for the standard of architectural design. Analyzed impediments to project goals, quickly identified and implemented solutions.
• Develop and coordinate the construction effective.
• Coordinate the design, project management, together with the other parties involved.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• At least 10 years work experience in Architect of Design Firm / real estate. (Residential and Hospitality).
• Qualifications in Real Estate are advantageous (Construction Design Develop + Supervise).
• Strong knowledge of architectural and detailing.
• Concept design, Planning with functional, Expertise in Building Code and Feasibility studies through construction experience in High rise & low rise projects.
• Possessing creativity thinking, result and details oriented, and problem solving skill Knowledge of.
• MS Project, AutoCAD, Photo shop, Sketch up, BIM.
