About this position

The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and analyzing market trends in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities

• Set marketing strategies, take care of budgets, use marketing promotion media effectively.
• Analyze competitor information Including the market overview of the real estate business.
• Evaluate the marketing plan and adjust various strategies to be consistent with the current situation.
• Present promotional plans and marketing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising.
• Experience 5 years in high-rise projects.
• Able to communicate in English.
