Site Engineer (10 positions)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Work closely, assist and solve work issues with Special Projects Business Unit Team.
• Communicate and collaborate work with other Business Unit.
• Work with other Business Unit to manage bidding process, reference check, issue standard TOR for all contractors, review proposals, compare, make recommendations, negotiate and propose preferred party.
• Source consultants and designers, evaluate strengths and deliverable suitable for the project.
• Prepare, manage, create and review documents for project management work (reports, charts, filing project deliverables, meeting minutes, contract document, prequalification and tender document and other related reports).
• Perform detailed planning and scheduling and master budget of project activities in coordination with consulting services and solution delivery team.
• Site visits to gather information and manage project progress in the Kingdom and oversea.
• Develop and deliver PowerPoint and other presentations for the projects.
• Control quality of document work in the Business Unit.
• Translating documents from English to Thai and vice versa.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree Civil Engineer.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in project management, construction or related engineering field.
• Possess background in Contract Preparation, Prequalification and Tender Preparation, Estimation and related engineering document works.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Good command of computer program and internet.
• Experience in Microsoft project or Primavera program is a plus.
• Have ability to work under pressure.
