Senior Human Resources Manager
About this position
The Senior Human Resources Manager will lead strategic HR initiatives, manage talent acquisition, foster employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR operations, all while supporting the organization's growth and success.
Responsibilities
• Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate closely with business leaders to develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. Build a high-performance HR function that supports organizational growth and success.
• Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee and manage the full talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career development, and succession planning. Implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and conduct investigations as needed. Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Compensation and Benefits: Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
• HR Operations and Compliance: Oversee HR operations, including recordkeeping, reporting, and compliance. Improve HR systems and processes for efficiency and data accuracy.
• Organizational Development: Identify training and development needs. Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Collaborate with leaders to build organizational capabilities.
Requirements
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 - 8 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong generalist background.
• Demonstrated expertise in compensation and benefits, employee relations, and talent management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactively providing feedback, advice & suggestions to ensure success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization as well as influence management.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and responding to changing business conditions.
• Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
