Program Manager
About this position
We are looking for a Program Manager for RISE to lead our corporate innovation & people transformation programs to grow our clients’ innovation capabilities throughout all levels of the organization as well as managing a few program managers to help them deliver 10x results for our clients.
Responsibilities
• Program implementation: to implement new corporate innovation programs, considering clients' objectives, backgrounds, and desired outcomes. Develop innovative strategies and approaches to drive transformative results for our clients.
• Client Partnership: Collaborate closely with clients to analyze gaps and identify risks and opportunities within the programs. Provide recommendations from both business and innovation perspectives to maximize program effectiveness. Clients’ successes are our successes.
• Drive the post-sale journey of our clients, from requirement gathering, identify the objective of the project, clear problem statements and solution design.
• Lead and work with an internal team to deliver innovation centric courses or intrapreneurship programs.
• Manage and grow a team who run a corporate innovation program.
• Ensure that programs are well executed with the best outcome by providing either innovation or business suggesting to both internal and clients.
• Provide thought leadership and act as a trusted advisor to our clients by building executive level relationships.
• Gather feedback from clients, study other success programs and analyze customer data to identify the best practices that would meet client’s expectations.
• Sync with BD, PM and Planner regularly to ensure timely involvement of clients/project, proposal is finalized and project run smoothly.
Requirements
• Experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management or other client-facing roles (ideally 4+ years).
• Knowledge of corporate innovation content i.e. design thinking, business model canvas, lean startup etc.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
• Experience managing and inspiring team members.
• Experience in academy, events management, networking is a plus.
• Experience in technology, startup, or innovation industry is a plus.
