Marketing Manager
About this position
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies focused on performance marketing to enhance brand awareness, promote company products and services, and drive lead generation and sales.
Responsibilities
• Develops and executes marketing strategies, with a key focus on performance marketing, to promote our brand awareness, company products & services, and drive lead generation and sales.
• Execute online and offline marketing communication, including social media campaigns, content marketing, and other omni-channel campaigns, in order to deliver the best outcome, optimize for ROI and budget in each marketing channel.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, stakeholders, and related teams for any marketing related material.
• Assist in PR-related work such as press conferences and marketing events.
• Oversee internal and external communication and be the go-to person for other teams on content and communication.
Requirements
• Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related fields.
• At least 5 years of prior working experience in marketing, brand management or marketing communication.
• Hands on experience in content creation, i.e. article, burp, scrip, etc.
• Enthusiastic about storytelling.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Thai (written, verbal, and presentation).
• Understanding of social media marketing, digital advertising, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
• Think outside the box and be willing to work in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of the CRM/EDM platform is a plus.
• Skillful quantitative analysis that is related to performance is a plus.
