Human Resources Executive
About this position
RISE is seeking a Human Resources Executive to join its People team, focusing on talent acquisition, process improvement, and structuring to support the organization's growth.
Responsibilities
• Manages the full lifecycle of recruitment to support company’s growth conducting recruiting strategy kickoff meetings, crafting job descriptions, screening and interviewing candidates, and onboarding.
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, market competitive, and the needs of the organization.
• Co-create and participate in development of HR objectives, structure, system and fundamental for ongoing company requirements. Continually improve efficiency of People team.
• Manage all human resource information systems, ensure data are complete and accurate.
• Lead employee relation, employee engagement plans and promote strong company culture.
• Identify and plan for any improvement of talent management and talent development strategies that could improve employee experience.
• Be a go-to person and provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees.
• Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding/offboarding, new hire orientation, employee data, employee handbook, employee directory.
Requirements
• Degree in psychology, business administration, human resources management or other related.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Talent Acquisition or HR generalist.
• Strong understanding of Human Resource Management, regulations (labor law is a plus).
• Adaptable, resilient, open to feedback, and able to thrive in ambiguity - things change quickly in our fast-paced startup.
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
• Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and willing to get into the details, highly.
• Strong English writing and speaking.
• Experience working in a startup environment or setting up things from scratch would be advantageous.
