Human Resource Executive - Compensation & Benefit
About this position
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Compensation & Benefit. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and accurate administration of employee benefits and compensation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processing, benefit administration, and HR reporting.
Responsibilities
• Payroll: Accurately process monthly payroll, ensuring timely and correct payment of salaries
• Timesheet Management: Oversee the timely submission and review of employee timesheets, ensuring accurate tracking of working hours, project work. Collaborate with the Finance department in data analysis
• Staff Benefits: Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, provident fund, and other. Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and analyze various HR reports, including payroll summaries, benefit utilization, timesheet repost, cost analysis, headcount analysis and others as requested to support decision-making and compliance.
• Other HR related: Collaborate with other HR team members on various projects and initiatives ie. policies, employee engagement, performance evaluation.
Requirements
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in full cycle of payroll
• Strong knowledge of payroll and compensation best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working with timesheet is a plus
