About this position

We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Project Engineer to join our project management execution team in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will have a background in process, mechanical, or instrument engineering and a strong interest in LNG projects. This role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the execution of complex industrial projects, working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and international environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, including technical specifications, drawings, and cost estimates.
• Support the Lead Project Engineer in the planning and execution of EPC projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams (process, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation) to ensure seamless project execution.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and meetings with clients and contractors.
• Review and analyze supplier documents, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of project progress reports and documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project execution processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in EPC project execution, preferably in the oil and gas or LNG industry.
• Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
