About this position

The Senior Customer Services and Logistics Executive is responsible for overseeing the import-export process, warehousing operations, and customer service management to ensure efficient logistics and exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

Import-Export.
• Take full end-to-end responsibility on the process of importation goes smoothly from Origin countries until delivery to Thailand WH and with a good control on cost and time.
• Handle Import shipping documents such as invoice, packing list, BL, FORM FTA, etc.
• Control, minimize or find savings on Freight In cost while maintaining a good service to support business growth.
• Build a good relationship with internal and external this position dealing with, such as, Government departments, Suppliers, copackers, Freight forwarders, Shipping agent, and our own factories.

Warehousing.
• Coordinate with 3PL operations to ensure that the WH activities and processes were in control in term of cost and efficiency for both Inbound and Outbound.
• Ensure the readiness of the stock to trade while controlling optimal inventory level while satisfying the service level performance.
• To manage the transition of stock to support NPD/EPD and minimize write-off cost as well as planning to minimize aging stock.
• To be responsible for stock accuracy and performing a stock reconciliation.
• To manage daily operation issues.
• To lead the annual stock take.
• To manage the damage and destruction process.

Customer Services management.
• Be a main contact point for customer order entry by coordinating with Customers, Sales team, Marketing team and optimize customer order to alight with company policies.
• Ensure smooth execution in reviewing, processing, and managing customer orders, and requests on a day-to-day basis.
• Coordinate with 3PL operations stakeholders to ensure that the delivery complete in term of on time and quality.
• Take ownership of customer issues, claim, complaint, return process, and solve in an urgent and responsible manner.
• Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries such as order status, product concerns ensuring exceptional service.
• To coordinate with other functions to support NPD, promotion plan.
• Other duties which may be assigned by Customer Services and Logistics Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; preferably Logistics Management.
• Minimum 3 years experiences in related such as Customer Services, Import and Export, and Warehousing; preferably a multinational company.
• Experience to include product delivery, manufacturing co-packers, and custom broker and custom clearance process.
• Proactive and initiative, with sound problem solving skills and hands-on approach.
• Good in managing a relationship both internal and external parties.
• Good English both written and spoken.
• Familiar with MS Office software, especially MS Excel.
