About this position

The Key Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key customers in the food industry, seeking new customers, and contributing to sales initiatives to improve effectiveness and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strategic long-lasting relationship with key customers and seek for new customers to increase the opportunity for sale. Including share market information, new opportunities, and competitor movement to Head of Key Account.
• Manage brokers where necessary in each market to establish growth goals and implement strategy to accomplish goals.
• Establish sales relationship with Food Industrial Accounts
• Contribute to new sales initiatives in ways to improve effectiveness and profitability.
• Achieve targets and monitoring account performance in relation to the monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.
• Regular collaboration with Head of Key Account and other departments to review, update plan and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Technical team to create the new menu to increase the opportunity for sales.
• Coordinate invoicing and bill payment with the capability to lead negotiation of the payment term.
• Execute all other jobs assigned by Head of Key Account.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience with strong sales in related fields e.g. Food and Bakery industry, FMCG, etc.
• Experience in promoting and developing products to the beverage, bakery, or western cuisine chain in modern trade channel is a must.
• Direct experience dealing with key accounts, B2B would be an advantage.
• Experience working with R&D to develop the new menu would be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proactively managing customers.
• Excellent selling, analytical, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Willingness to travel and work independently.
