Strategic Assistant to Global IT Director

Responsibilities
Assist IT Strategy Development:
• Assist the Global IT Director in formulating and development of strategic IT roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding IT projects and strategic initiatives.
Project Management:
• Oversee and manage IT projects, including planning, scheduling, resource planning, and tracking progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet objectives.
• Coordinate project activities across various departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Data Analysis and Solution Design:
• Gather and analyze data related to IT projects to support strategic decision-making and project planning.
• Define and design IT concepts, standards, solutions, and processes, identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
• Prepare reports and presentations for the Global IT Director.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT projects, strategies, and processes to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Stakeholder Communication:
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their IT needs and ensure that proposed solutions are effectively integrated and aligned with business requirements.
• Facilitate communication between IT and other business units to ensure alignment on project goals, deliverables, and any potential issues.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT solution consulting, project management, or a related role is preferred.
• Ambitious, self-driven, and highly motivated with the ability to work effectively both individually and as a team player.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in English with full professional proficiency.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
• Able to travel as needed.
