People Operations & Technology Manager
About this position
The People Operations & Technology Manager will lead the implementation of Workday across the APAC region, supporting HR operations topics and projects, collaborating with regional HR teams, and managing HR systems implementation and development.
Responsibilities
• HR Operations and Support: Serve as the primary contact for HR operations in the APAC region, assisting country HR management and regional employees with various HR topics and projects.
• Data Quality and Reporting: Conduct HR data quality reviews, perform data analysis, and generate reports in collaboration with Regional and Country HR Managers.
• HR Systems Implementation: Lead the implementation and development of new HR systems, including managing the post-implementation phase with continuous feedback and improvements.
• Collaboration and Communication: Maintain constructive cooperation with country HR teams through regular communication, alignment, project implementation, and monthly HR controlling reports.
• Policy and Process Implementation: Support the regional HR team in rolling out HR policies, processes, campaigns, and personnel development initiatives across the region.
• Project Management: Manage a portfolio of short- to mid-term HR projects and long-term transformation initiatives as part of the Regional HR team. Plan, coordinate, and execute projects, tracking and reporting on risks and issues.
• Documentation and Reporting: Track and report changes in project parameters, prepare end-of-project reports, close all project documentation, and archive relevant records.
• Systemized Approach: Bring a systematic approach to the team by utilizing project management software to enhance transparency and planning.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Proactively collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including country management, HR managers, and regional teams, to coordinate initiatives and connect efforts effectively.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or in HR Operations & Technology.
• Proficiency in Excel Macros and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with HR Information Systems like Workday, with a solid understanding of labor legislation and HR data and reporting.
• Results-oriented and structured work ethic.
