About this position

The IT Product Manager - Capacity Management will play a crucial role in developing and managing the capacity management product to align with company goals and market demands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the overall capacity management product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals and market demands.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the features, enhancements, and initiatives to be implemented over time.
• Act as the primary evangelist for the capacity management product, both internally and externally, by communicating its value proposition, features, and benefits.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.
• Engage with relevant stakeholders to incorporate customer and market requirements into product development.
• Oversee the product development lifecycle, from planning and development to testing, release, and iteration.
• Work closely with business experts and cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and sales, to execute the capacity management product strategy and drive integration into other products.
• Make decisions about which features or enhancements to prioritize based on business value, user feedback, and resource constraints.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data and analytics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
• Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, users, and stakeholders to continuously iterate and improve the capacity management product.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Product Management: Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology-focused environment, preferably with experience in TMS or logistics-related products.
• Product Evangelism: Experience acting as a product evangelist, communicating product value proposition, features, and benefits internally and externally.
• Project Management: Experience managing projects, supporting workshops, and contributing to rollout projects, acceptance tests, and third-level support.
• Technical Proficiency: So
