About this position

As the Head of Operations and Client Solutions, Project Logistics SEAPAC, you will oversee and manage all operational aspects of project logistics in the Southeast Asia-Pacific region, ensuring high-quality, timely, and cost-efficient logistics solutions.

Responsibilities

You will be contributing to that vision by:
• Operational Leadership: Leading project logistics operations across Southeast Asia-Pacific region, implementing best practices to enhance performance and exceed client expectations.
• Vendor and Customer Collaboration: Building strong vendor networks and fostering client relationships to deliver innovative and efficient logistics solutions.
• Risk Management and Compliance: Ensuring adherence to local and international regulations while proactively managing operational risks.
• Team Management and Development: Mentoring and developing local teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Financial Oversight: Managing budgets to optimize operational costs without compromising quality.
• Strategic Planning: Aligning operational strategies with long-term business growth objectives.
• Commercial Insights: Supporting business growth by aligning operations with market trends and client demands, contributing to RFQs and tenders to deliver value-driven solutions and expand service offerings.
• Sales Collaboration: Partnering with the sales team to ensure operational capabilities align with commercial strategies, contributing to client proposals and presentations. Support the development of competitive logistics solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of operational experience in project logistics, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role with regional responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in project logistics operations, including transportation, heavy lifts, chartering, vendor management, and project delivery.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels and cultures.
• A strategic mindset with a knack for aligning operational goals with broader business strategies.
