About this position
The Technical Support & Technical Training position involves providing technical support, developing training materials, and executing training sessions to enhance service activities and staff capabilities.
Responsibilities
• Develop and Causal analysis for technical service activities.
• Technical Support for service shop.
• Develop technical documents such as various manuals.
• Tools development.
• Produce training schedules and classroom agenda.
• Determine course content according to objectives.
• Apply your creative and organizational skills in order to administer the course content.
• Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individual.
• Evaluate training result and development course to support in future plan.
Requirements
• 1-3 years in relevant working experience (product training program management, store management training, and after sales training in automotive industry).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Electrical, Automotive or any related field.
• Good communication skills in English or Chinese is plus.
• Come with strong leadership and positive attitude.
