Talent Acquisition Specialist
About this position
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to acquire qualified talents while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with business and conduct end-to-end recruitment process in order to acquire qualified talents
• Involve in operations of requisition, set up hiring assessment criteria, collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs, and propose hiring decisions and remuneration package
• Maintain recruitment report on a timely basis
• Analyses evergreen positions and critical roles to proactively propose and build talent pools
Requirements
• Degree in related field
• Few years experience is welcome
• Solid background in talent acquisition and market networking
• Proven experience in mass recruitment with sales and after sales positions
• Familiar with social media including tracking tools and data analysis
• Keen understanding of modern recruitment technologies and how to best leverage their capabilities
• Strong in stakeholder management, candidate management, negotiation and closing skills
• Good service-minded and customer-oriented internally and externally
• Outgoing, and very good interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, fast learner, strong team player
• Young, energetic, independent individual contributor and able to work under pressure in managing tough deadline
