About this position
The Service Trainer (Tech, Non-tech) is responsible for managing tech training programs, developing training schedules, and ensuring effective training operations.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the management of tech. training programs, the development of monthly training scheduling and content.
• Responsible for tech. training site operation, training summary and feedback.
• Responsible for communicating dealer training (training needs communication, planning, resource mining, effect evaluation, etc.).
• Responsible for reviewing course management of online learning platform
Requirements
• Automotive Engineer graduated from Thai university.
• Training experience in the automotive industry.
• Good communication skills, ability to train and certify tech training courses.
• Competent in using Microsoft Office.
• Good command in English
