About this position

The Sales Trainer (Basic Sales) is responsible for developing training curriculums, materials, and evaluation tools, as well as creating lesson plans and ensuring dealer operations meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop curriculums, design training materials and create training evaluation tools of each training session.
• Creating lesson plans for each training session and teaching session on topics both skillset and mindset.
• Strengthen network by coordinating with sales and aftersales related to dealer improvement and ensure the dealer operation standard (DOS) including sales process and customer satisfaction have been implemented properly.
• Up to date knowledge through training materials and test.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Automotive or sales trainer experience will be advantage.
• Having business analysis, curriculum management and report skill.
• Good computer skills in MS office (Excel and Power point).
• Good communication, presenting and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to have friendly, act pro-actively, positive attitude, service mind, honest and good co-ordination personality.
