About this position

The Sales Engineering Analyst is responsible for monitoring and controlling vehicle shipments, supporting PDI operations, and ensuring alignment with wholesale plans.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control vehicles shipment.
• Support PDI operation.
• Follow up and monitor shipment schedule for both of CBU and local production.
• Prepare documents for customs clearance and tax payment. Coordinate with shipping team.
• Prepare and maintain vehicles list master.
• Maintain vehicles stock in SAP.
• Monitor and control PDI operation to align with wholesales plan.
• Support PDI operation such as accessories ordering, follow up parts from warehouse and coordinate with BYD for any problems which found at PDI.
• Check all related costs from vehicles operation.
• Others work as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, logistics, business administration or any related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry or project management.
• Good command in English with verbal & written communication skills.
• Good skill in MS office program especially in Excel.
• Fast learner, good at problem solving and good team player.
• Have car driving license.
• Able to work at Laem Chabang in Chonburi and Rayong occasionally.
• Able to work under pressure and communicate with all levels and cultures.
