About this position
The Regional Dealer Quality position is responsible for managing dealer quality in Sales and Aftersales work processes, dealer staff attitude, and handling customer expectations.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the dealer quality management of Sales and Aftersales work process, dealer’s staff attitude and customers’ expectation handling
• Responsible for NPS and VOC
• Responsible for SOP in Mystery shopping result, self-evaluation and key concerned points
• Responsible for Action improvement plan (Dealer performance)
• Co-ordinate with relevant function and coaching dealer to ensure alignment with Rêver standards
• Encourage and motivate dealers in performing exceed the customer’s expectation
Requirements
• Automotive experience
• Good communication skills, ability to present and work under pressure
• Competent in using Microsoft Office
• Good command in English
