Payroll & HR Service
About this position
The Payroll & HR Service position involves managing payroll processes, maintaining employee data, designing compensation and benefits programs, managing job evaluation systems, and analyzing HR data.
Responsibilities
• Payroll all process by monthly with employee headcount is 200 headcount.
• Data accuracy and maintain employee data in HRIS systems and up to date company's software related.
• Design, Development, and Implementation of the compensation and benefits strategy and program including compensation cycle, total rewards benchmark, etc.
• Develop and manage the job evaluation systems and structure to manage the pay structure.
• Manage salary increase methodology such as merit increase, promotion increase, competitive adjustment etc.
• HR data analysis for people dimension.
• Monthly report payroll.
• Prepare package proposal and employment contract.
• Administers employee insurance programs including life, and health insurance plan.
• Issue employment certificate and report upon requested.
• Orientation HR Benefits to new employee or update benefits policy.
• Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
• Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications.
• Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Advanced Excel proficiency is required (a test will be conducted after shortlisting).
• 3-5 years of specialist or generalist experience working in a fast paced environment focusing on compensation & benefits, payroll operations and HRIS implementation.
• Self-organized, communication skill.
• Orisoft program is plus.
• Knowledge budget concept.
