Network Recruitment Specialist
About this position
The Network Recruitment Specialist is responsible for growing and maintaining business relationships with new investors and current dealers, overseeing the complete process of dealer recruitment until the showroom operation date.
Responsibilities
• Growing and maintain business relationship with new investors and current Dealers.
• Complete process of Dealer recruitment until showroom operation date
• Strategic Network Development and Execute comprehensive Network Development Plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
• Sourcing Business in the context of Dealer Recruitment and Development
• Identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships
• Acquiring qualified business partners Business development
• Choose the most appropriate translation based on the specific context and desired tone.
• Conduct interviews and facilitate dealer meetings to assess potential partnerships.
• Prepare and finalize dealership contracts, including Letters of Intent (LOI).
• Showroom Development and Branding
• Initiate and oversee the planning and execution of showroom design and construction.
• Develop and refine showroom material artwork (AI format) to maintain brand consistency.
• Operational Support Provide support to the network construction team on various tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher required
• Strong understanding of business strategy and network development principles
• Experience 5 years in Automotive Network development, Business development, Sales or Pre-Sales Preferably in Project management, Sourcing showroom materials is a plus.
• Strong management, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Can-do attitude, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of written/conversation English.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Windows and MS offices Ability to use Photoshop or any design software, particularly Adobe Illustrator.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
