About this position

The Legal Advisor (Chinese Speaking) will provide legal guidance and support to the company across various legal domains, ensuring compliance and effective communication with Chinese-speaking clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to the company in various areas such as business law, international trade law, investment law, etc.
• Analyze and assess legal risks related to the company's business and operations.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and related legal documents.
• Provide advice on negotiations and the signing of contracts with partners, clients, or external entities.
• Communicate and negotiate with clients or partners in Chinese effectively.
• Translate and review legal documents from/to Chinese.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law.
• Experience in providing legal advice.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese.
• Strong knowledge of business law and international trade law.
• Teamwork skills and the ability to work under pressure.
