About this position
Responsibilities
• Overall operation, maintenance and upgrading of hardware and software for all IT Systems within the company, including internet and email services.
• Train and develop team members' skills.
• Plan resource allocation efficiently.
• Provide assistance to users in troubleshooting technical issues.
• Define support strategies that align with the organization's vision and goals.
• Maintain and support IT infrastructure and systems.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure IT support meets organizational needs.
• Coordinate with external vendors and manage contracts.
• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Support Manager, with team management experience.
• Knowledge of operating systems, networks, and various software applications.
• Experience in supporting ERP or large software applications preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Analytical and systematic problem-solving skills.
