It began as an importer and distributor of stent and balloon from OrbusNeich Medical (Holding) B.V, Netherlands. As a growing company, PT. Revass do the expansion of its business by distribute another medical accessories as a supporting device for cardiology intervention. Now, PT. Revass Utama Medika has a big network sales located in 30 major cities of Indonesia archipelago. About this position

The Product Manager will be responsible for creating marketing strategies, developing product brand plans, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assisting sales for product presentation in outlet, explaining/presenting our product to users and all outlet stakeholders.
• Create marketing strategy and product brand plans
• Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
• Recommends new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
• Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
• Obtains product market share by working with sales directorate to develop product sales strategies.
• Maintain strong relationship with Key Opinion Leaders (Cardiologist) by accompany users to attending educational workshops, seminars, training, personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Assesses product market data by calling on customers with sales people and evaluating sales reports.
• Deal with users complaint and resolves the issue & complaint
• Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses.
• Facilitates inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and purchasing schedules.
• Training new employees (sales people) related to product knowledge.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Doing administrative task related product management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in any major
• Experienced in the same field is preffered
• Outstanding interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skill
