About this position
The HR Recruitment position involves implementing recruitment strategies, collaborating with department managers, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Responsibilities
• Implement overall recruitment strategy based on MPP
• Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs
• Source and recruit candidates by using social media and any platform job posting
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interview using BEI methods to filter suitable candidates
• On board new employees
• Completing documents for new hires
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Requirements
• Minimum S1 Psychology or related major
• Have experience in recruitment at least 1 year
• Knowing end-to-end recruitment process
• Ability to use psychological test
• Target oriented
