About this position

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Specialist with a strong background in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing Resync's marketing strategies across various digital channels, driving brand awareness, and generating high-quality leads. This position requires a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, SEO, SEM, content creation, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with Resync’s business goals.
• Manage SEO, SEM, and social media efforts to boost online presence and lead generation.
• Oversee content creation, including blog posts, case studies, and social media content.
• Track and analyze digital campaign performance, providing insights to optimize results.
• Create or assist in designing marketing materials; knowledge of Canva or other design tools is a plus.
• Execute marketing initiatives to enhance Resync's brand presence, including event participation and collaborations.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Support lead generation efforts through targeted email campaigns and collaboration with the sales team.
• Work with external partners and agencies on joint marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the B2B or technology sector.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMRUSH).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Thai).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
