The Guest Service Agent at Renaissance Koh Samui Resort & Spa is responsible for creating a memorable and unique experience for guests throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
• Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their stay
• Process operational needs and address guest requests
• Complete reports and share highlights of the local area
• Ensure transactions feel like part of the experience
• Maintain a safe work place and follow company policies and procedures
• Protect company assets and uphold quality standards
• Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
• Be on feet and moving around, taking a hands-on approach to work
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
Requirements
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No related work experience required
• No supervisory experience required
• No specific license or certification required
