About this position

The Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager will be responsible for promoting brand awareness internally and externally, maximizing revenue, and maintaining guest loyalty. They will also communicate with potential owners to set up sales tours and provide general office support for Sales & Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Promote brand image internally and externally
• Maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
• Communicate with potential owners to set up sales tours
• Encourage guests to purchase sales tours
• Explain details and requirements to potential owners
• Verify eligibility requirements for sales tours
• Provide complimentaries to guests
• Perform general office duties
• Assist in training, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests
• Speak with others using clear and professional language
• Develop positive working relationships with others
• Ensure adherence to quality standards
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience
• No supervisory experience required
• No specific license or certification required
