Sales Manager (International Logistics)
About this position
Responsibilities
• To develop new business both air and sea freight including domestic service i.e. customs clearance, transportation, etc.
• Develops and plans sales & marketing strategy and business plan to achieve the projected premium and profitability targets.
• Review and develop the efficiency of business flow of the company to compete with other competitors, and make improvement, if necessary.
• Analyze market information and development trend to gain competitive advantage against competitors and recommend to Management on strategies to gaining market share for business.
• Provide marketing support and knowledge within the company.
• Develop and maintain positive relationship with targeted and existing accounts, and ensure that sales professionals servicing the accounts receive updates on the status.
• Updated data in RCL internal system.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Business administration/ Logistics or any related field
• Minimum 5 years working experience in freight forwarding with understanding of all related process and documents
• Extensive knowledge of logistics services, freight forwarding and shipping lines.
• Good skills of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and Power point)
• Teamwork oriented. Ability to handle multi task with good managerial skill and high tactic in monitoring of rapid information flow
• Good command in reading and writing English
