Employee Relations & Engagement Manager
About this position
The Employee Relations & Engagement Manager is responsible for designing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and organizational effectiveness while promoting a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
• Design internal activities to encourage collaboration & engagement
• Design and manage an employee wellbeing plan
• Develop and implement organization-wide strategies and initiatives to improve employee engagement, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness.
• Actively promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture that supports staff wellbeing and increases morale, productivity and performance.
• Handle the employee engagement programs, internal communications, and people activities, collaborating with the line manager, other HR team members, internal communication team members, and all stakeholders to develop and execute strategies.
• Schedule all related events – identifies facilities, speakers, and participants. Work with line manager to prepare and monitor the budget.
• Work closely with GM of TA, ER & Engagement to implement safety plan in organization
• Building the good relationship with all employees and create the activities for retention programs.
• Increase employee satisfaction via monthly ER activities and all RCL clubs.
• Manage monthly HR Magazine
• Coaching HR junior members as well as lead HR projects as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Human Resource or any relevant fields.
• At least 5 years of direct experience in ER, Employee Engagement or Corporate Culture.
• Ability to audit and monitor quality of outputs and also to share experience to deliver the highest level of performance.
• Ability to build and develop relationships with internal employee, executives and other external parties / organization and able to encourage engagement.
• Work to understand employee needs and contribute to exceed expectations
• Ability to be MC at the event and activity (will be advantage).
• Have knowledge in Social media, Online Event / Live Stream Event and usage as appropriated.
• Ability to understand statistical data and mathematical concept and how to apply them to HR processes
• Experience with social media management and content creation.
• Good communication in English.
