About this position

The Supply Finance Executive is responsible for managing inventory and costing, preparing reports, and collaborating with supply and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for month-end closing on Inventory and costing.
• Prepare monthly report on inventories and cost.
• Set and maintain TP and standard cost by SKU at the beginning of the year and new product.
• Supervise and control the cost calculation.
• Be able to analyze the actual costs incurred with the standard costs incurred and analyze the causes and factors.
• Check and control the inventory count and reconciliation in the system. (Inventories) as well as adjusting accounting entries.
• Responsible for product destruction (annual/ad-hoc).
• Support Plan & Forecast in terms of Inventory, Costing and NWC.
• Work closely with supply team and marketing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in Finance and/or Accountancy from a recognized university.
• Accredited member of an internationally recognized CPA organization (a plus).
• At least 3 years of FMCG experience preferably with large blue chip / international organizations.
• At least 2 years in a professional audit firm preferred.
• Exposure in the field of management accounting and reporting.
• Knowledge of SAP, JDE, PowerBI and trade spend management function will be added advantage.
