R&D Operations Junior Associate
About this position
Responsibilities
• R&D support to a designated range of Reckitt products, enabling defence, revenue growth and compliance of the brands. To interface with key partners and stakeholders (Supply, Regulatory, Local and Global marketing, R&D Category) on a daily basis.
• The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary project team. Strong technical and problem solving skills are an essential requirement of the role as is an ability to take ownership of key aspects of the project.
• Theoretical and practical functional expertise in the technology and standards for medicinal or medical devices or related products would be highly beneficial.
• Experience of product development, design control (only medical devices), risk management and working on regulated products such as medicinal or medical devices or cosmetic or general products are essential.
• The position will be based in Bangplee reporting into a Senior R&D Operations Associate. The role will be to provide technical and documentation support to the current maintenance and development projects on Reckitt portfolio working independently to represent the R&D Operations department as part of a cross functional team. An essential requirement of the role as is an ability to take ownership of key aspects of the project.
Requirements
• Educated to Degree level (Chemistry, pharmacy, chemical engineering or other relevant scientific discipline).
• The minimum 1 year of relevant experience will be more preferable.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and solve technical problems.
• Experience of working in a Healthcare/OTC (or medical device) environment is desirable.
• Experience of prioritization and problem solving.
• Knowledge of basic GMP, GLP or HALAL requirement.
• Relevant experience within product development role within FMCG environment.
• Good English skills, both spoken, written and communication.
